    Co-listed with agent/licensed appraiser. Listed 6/26/15 under contract 7/10/15, buyers sale fell apart, signed first right of refusal, terminated contract 9/22/15, seller got escrow check. 9/26/15 under contract again, buyers lost their buyer, lowered price of home for quick sale, back under contract. Contract to expire 11/09/15, buyers needed 2 weeks to close home, seller refused to sign extension. We had 26 appts and under contract from 7/10/15 to 09/22/15 and 09/26/15 to 11/09/15 - 17 days property was not under contract. Helped coordinating emergency repairs on the basement since seller is out of town. Seller given housing info by co-list/appraiser and given all the active/sold properties for the last two years in her neighborhood. Seller insisted a basement photo for front image to market property. Tried to work with seller, final straw when seller refused to sign extension, we decided it was best to release listing, seller could find agent compatible with her personality.
