I would like to apologize to you for feeling you were left out of the transaction. You moved to another state while the co-owner, your Aunt was left to clean up and do repairs to be able to sell the home. She was there every day working so as a co-owner on our listing agreement she legally could direct our efforts which she did. You also signed off on every single step of the process along the way without a single complaint??? Your Aunt, the co-owners review for the same property was a 5 Star review. She also was responsible for bringing $12,000.00 to the closing since you were unable to. I can only assume that your negative review was out of frustration to your situation and had nothing to do with the way that we executed every step of the home selling process exactly how you requested and approved of.
