I take Client service very seriously and apologize that you feel the level of service you received did not meet your expectations. When I received your initial call I explained the process and stated that I would send you a search criteria email so I could help you in your home search. As soon as we ended our initial call I sent you a welcome email, Search criteria email and text message with my direct phone number. You did not complete the search criteria email and did not reach out that day with any questions or concerns. I assumed you would complete the task when you were not busy. The next day you sent a text message to me at approx 4pm for assistance, while I was driving with a client. As soon as I finished with my client I pulled your info to call you and immediately saw a message from you stating that you had decided to use another agent. I immediately responded OK. To say I was shocked that I received your review, a similar Google review and also a review for the Brokerage saying that I was unprofessional would be an understatement. We have never even met and only had 1 phone call. Again I apologize you felt that you received service below expectations. I will try harder.
