You will be hearing from my attorney for defamation of character. You wanted me to credit you for your broken hot water heater, lol..it's your home not mine. Your attorney ruined an asking price offer on the market for 3 days. I sold you 3 other homes but when you couldn't chew me down on this one for repairs, you cried.
