This is completely false. The owners of the property manage it themselves and I only found the tenants for them and handled the paperwork. The only reason I became involved in any communication with the tenants is when the owners of the property called me completely stressed out and at wit's end because of the volatile behavior of the reviewer. The property is attached to the owners personal residence. The owner who is an older retired doctor simply could not handle being disrespected just because he ask the tenant to pick his trash up out of the yard. When I contacted the reviewer just to hear their side of the story I also got the same treatment. I feel my only mistake was putting these people in such a great location on the same property with one of the sweetest couples I have dealt with.
