I can’t imagine why this review was written months after they bought this house. I pride myself in responding to customer needs. There simply is no record of any of these things or even any complaint from you, so I am puzzled. I would have happily stepped in to help you with any problem, but it’s hard to do that when I am kept out of the loop. I am sorry for your disappointment, I truly am. I, too, am disappointed as I have never had such a complaint from anyone in 35 years as a builder, developer and real estate agent. It's a shame someone who I bent over backwards for would write such blatant misinformation and outright mean-spirited nonsense.
