Hi, we sincerely apologize for your experience I do not believe it was ever said that we did not have other showings or applications and actually, the property had several showings that week which was part of the reason we had a scheduling mix up. We apologize that this affected your impression of our integrity, professionalism and capability to do real estate business. To say we never intended to rent the property to you is completely false. We worked tirelessly to try to appease the needs of our client - the owner- and tenant so that they align, however, unfortunately they legally have the ability to decide and the final say on who rents their property, for how long and for how much. Although time has passed since this review we would still be happy to refund your 100 dollars. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service to our clients and apologize that you had a negative experience.
