    I sincerely apologize that your experience in buying a 120 year old home left you dissatisfied and with unforeseen problems. My representation of your transaction included, negotiating the price 39k under original asking, 5k in allowances, and another 4k in lieu of certain repairs. We spoke at length about a home of this age during the process, various inspections, and a signed disclosure that explains some of these responsibilities. There were multiple inspections and we discussed the findings. Ultimately, you decided to proceed or not to proceed with the transaction. The cabinet was not my misinterpretation, upon its removal you expressed that you liked that it was gone. The day before closing was my first indication of dismay. I explained the law and asked to have it returned. Unfortunately, the law was not on our side for this, as explained repeatedly by myself, the listing agent, presumably an attorney, and the North East Florida Association of Realtors that you contacted.
