Newport Beach Native, Tilly Lumpkin grew up on Lido Isle. She attended Newport Harbor High School and ventured down the coast to San Diego to attend USD. She earned a double degree in International Business and Marketing. Tilly studied abroad in Florence, Hong Kong and even did a Semester at Sea where she learned how to effectively cooperate with people of diverse backgrounds.
