Shane, It is unfortunate in this age of social media that one can be put on blast for their integrity and ethics by making an ethical business decision that did not "work" for one side of the story. My last text referring you to a colleague, was sent with more than enough time to contact an Agent and write a competing offer. It is unfortunate that 2% was a deal breaker.
