He was outstanding from the very first communication. Buying a long distance home was clearly a Longshot but Tom's comprehensive knowledge of the Colorado Springs market and his tireless work-ethic allowed us to put the home under contract within 48 hrs and close within a month. I requested videos of the home. Tom sent me extensive comprehensive videos within hours that were honest in his assessment of the property, thus allowing for informed decisions to be made. His communication is outstanding and highly detailed. His approach is very personable and cheerful but his skill-set is heavy armor. Having Tom's expertise was most definitely a factor in securing this home in a highly prized location under very heavy demand. His effort goes above and beyond. Tom has also represented me with contractors, making himself available to show the property in my absence. I can tell satisfying his clients is of the utmost importance to him. I couldn't be more pleased. 5 stars across the board.
