This review is 100% false and should be removed. As you mentioned, I did not represent you. You had your own agent for this transaction. You claim I am not friendly to work with but we have never had any direct/indirect form of communication between us. I remain professional regardless of circumstances. A blank sellers disclosure was given for compliance purposes only. The seller bought the condo 2 years ago, never lived there, did not get an inspection done when they purchased, and never had any issues while it was rented. Wouldn't a blank sellers disclosure mean that all of the information is unknown? It should be noted that this was never mentioned throughout the deal. You put the seller in a terrible position by not fulfilling your contractual obligations. You agreed you would limit inspection requests to environmental, mechanical, and structural issues and the defects must cost more than $500 PER ITEM to fix. After the inspection, the requests made ranged from changing cover plates on outlets, to calling kitchen cabinets "structural" claiming they were not installed correctly even though they were the original cabinets from the 80's with no issues. The 15-20 items you requested would not cost $500+ per item to fix. You asked for numerous cosmetic items outside the inspection scope. You tried to group items together to raise the cost. You made an offer above the asking price and then tried to negotiate for a credit for the exact amount you offered above the list price. When you realized you weren't getting any money back, you fought to cancel the deal without merit. That is a very bad way of doing business.
