This reviewer didn't leave their name or address so I have no idea who wrote this. In response to this review, refusing to put up a sign in exchange for $75 if something happened to it is false. The reviewer says I would not return a call and in the same sentence the reviewer says I returned the call. There is no $1,450 fee to get out of the contract so this is all made up. Only an owner can sign a contract for sale and I only explain facts about the property and if it was overpriced, I let owners know.
