This review is the result of one phone conversation. I never worked with this person. She began the conversation with "Who are you and who is Berkshire Hathaway-I have never heard of this company". I explained Prudential was bought by Warren Buffet; she did not know who Warren Buffet was. I contacted our Relo Dept. advising them the clients wish for a "National Firm"; she did not believe BHHS was one. She describes herself as "very direct". More accurately, she controls by putting others on the defensive. This reviewer ranks me on several key qualities. In fact, she has no way of evaluating these competencies because she never let me finish my sentences. Communication is key, but there needs to be two people in a conversation. I sent her back to Relo so they could find a better match. She was offended by this and wrote this review giving the impression we worked together and I failed to deliver excellent service. Truly unfortunate, but part of the blind review process.
