    This review does not make sense at all, his complaints are for the building and the landlord as you can clearly see. Fortunately this does not affect my business because my direct clients know the quality of work I do for them. This tenant Moody Salen when he rented this unit it was completely painted and clean and we have videos to prove it. The way the tenant returned the unit after he moved out was in terrible condition and the landlord deducted from his deposit, it wasn't me as an agent It was the landlord's criteria to deduct the amount from his security deposit. The increase in rent was also the landlords decision because of the increase in the HOA. The other complaints he refers in his review are against the building and its not related to my professional work or ethics. The Flatiron building is a recently built condo so some things were not 100% functional. The part where he talks about the building management also has nothing to no with me. Hope I can attach pictures to show to the public how this unit was delivered to the landlord, a completed disaster .
