I have attempted to contact the reviewer off-line to address any concerns they have with our service. My recollection of the situation is that after the buyer was denied twice for a loan, I referred him to a lender that was very lenient and willing to fund him a purchase for a new construction home. Other agents would have moved on. I am very happy that I was able to help him obtain the dream of owning a home when it seemed like that would not be possible for him. I never gave up on him and communicated every step of the way. No specifics were ever given about what was not done on my end throughout the transaction. The closing time was changed numerous times throughout the day due to last minute lender paperwork. This caused a scheduling conflict I did inform client that I would be late to closing. Real estate transactions are complex, and all are different. While I see what happened here differently than the reviewer, I do appreciate all feedback from my clients.
