Michael James Murphy of Highland CA has provided false info, how do I know it’s him? B/C he’s threatened my family,my business & the home owner. We’ve filed harassment & terroristic threats w/ the Police department,which we received via email & text & all been provided to the Police Dept., FCC & the FBI. I took over property mgmt. 5 days prior to his move out, there’s no way I could have disclosed anything, as I wasn’t the property mgr. upon move in. In moving out he didn't state there was an issue w/ mold. He didn’t abandon the prop, he moved back to California where he’s from. We documented the damage he caused, which includes urine stains throughout, chewed door casings, broken windows & holes in walls. His deposit wasn't refund B/C of the damage. Communication stopped when he started the threatening texts & emails as advised by our attorney. He's mad B/C he didn't get his dep back & he’s bulling the owner,our business,threatening my children,calling them & everyone vicious names.
