Originally I am from Lima, Peru. After 29 years of service in the U.S. Army, I recently retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. During my service I was a foreign affairs expert in Latin America and Pakistan. Also, I served as a military Attaché, advisor, and liaison in Mexico, Colombia, and Pakistan respectively.
