this is correct, I work for the seller and this buyer wasnt preapproved to see the house. My seller(client) asked me not to show homes to buyers who weren't approved.

I explained to the buyer that the seller wanted all buyers preapproved to see the home. .she stated she was buying cash and didn't need to show me anything to be able to see an home. I explained to her that I work for the seller as an agent and had to abide by their requests. I asked her to work with another realtor that could represent her and she told me I had to show her the house and I again repeated that I would need to satisfy the seller requests. we agreed this wasn't going anywhere and she wrote this review which is an little skewed.
