In the beginning of 2005, I transferred to Ruybal Group to join my husband John Ruybal, at our own Real Estate Company in Mill Creek Washington. As soon as our company listed this home, we were inundated with calls. I showed the home to the first two families that met our rental criteria. One of the families submitted applications and they gave me a hold deposit to be in first position while we processed their applications. I had so many Ad calls I wasn't able to return all of them. When the rental market is hot, the homes don't last and many people are disappointed when they've missed their opportunity to be in first position, especially this home that was such a great value for the size of the home.
