Dear Adriana, I am writing to address your recent review and clarify a few important points. From the outset, it’s crucial to note that I did not represent you at any time during your tenancy, nor was I managing the property. My involvement was limited to initially list the property and prepare a lease agreement, and this was clearly disclosed when we first interacted, as indicated by the signed disclosure agreement. When you later contacted me for assistance, I reiterated that I did not represent you or manage the property. Despite this, I still made efforts to assist you, though it was beyond my responsibilities. I want to emphasize that I have not received any correspondence from your attorney, as you mentioned in your review, because landlord's representation was terminated after signing the lease. I also want to remind you that despite multiple breaches of your lease agreement during your stay at the property, I have been as helpful as possible with my limited role and stepped in to help resolve the situation peacefully, even though it was not my responsibility to do so. Furthermore, I strive to maintain professionalism and fairness in all my dealings, and I regret any misunderstandings that may have arisen. However, it is important to ensure that public statements are accurate and reflect the true nature of the situation. Thank you.
