The reviewer and her ex-husband filed for divorce. In early 2015, I was appointed by the family court to serve as the listing agent for their former residence. I diligently obtained several purchase offers for the property. But as the divorce proceeding became more and more acrimonious, the reviewer decided to hold the property hostage by refusing to respond to any of the offers. She obstructed the sale of the property time and again. Eventually, the ex-husband’s attorney threatened to have the court hold her in bad faith. Only then did she reply to purchase offers which resulted in the successful sale of the property. — All these facts are fully documented, including the lawyer’s legal filings with the court. This is to set the record straight.
