The list of desired gave me time to research the homes and provide you with updated information. Plus you used Zillow... Which in turn made me start paying more attending to Zillow. It's been over two years since your purchase, but I still remember the reaction when you both realized this was the house. I still remember my reaction to the kitchen and the rest of the house.
