I really enjoyed working with these clients. This was a short sale and also in a bidding war. My clients asked what was the best way to present their offer to insure they had the best contract to present to the bank. They really wanted this house and they wanted the bank to select their contract over the other. After discussions it was agreed that an full price offer would give them the best chance to get the house, there was no opportunity to negotiate. They got the house!
