What he doesn't say is that he cancelled an appointment the day before, than was late to the AM appointment, he said I rushed him and his wife, that's not true, he was trying to reduce the price and was telling me how his credit is bad, his words not mine, I always treat people with respect and patience, I'm sorry to hear this gentleman wasn't happy with me... Or maybe it was because of other things on his agenda,
