I am sorry to hear this. I would like to take a moment to respond to your complaints. In regards to the $50 off 3 months rent, you are correct, that was offered on the listing. However, when you applied for the home & requested $200 in ceiling fans to be installed, the owner agreed to oblige your request instead of the rent reduction. That is how it is stated in your lease and it was reiterated to you months ago (in Jan. 2015) I would also like to remind you that the decisions related to monetary items are made by the owner, not by me. In response to you not being able to contact me, I have not heard from you in months. Your lease states the preferred ways to contact me, which is on my cell or email. The last time I heard from you was on the company website back in Jan. I have emailed you my contact info again, so that you know how to get a hold of me in the future. If you need another copy of your lease, I would be happy to provide it for you as well. Thank you.
