This buyer called wanting to see a particular property. Since the market is swift and sellers are requiring all prospective buyers be pre-qualified I simply asked “ Are you prequalified?” She told me no ( never said she was a cash buyer) and she wanted to see it anyway. I explained the protocol and said I didn’t want to waste her time until she got prequalified. She hung up on me… take this review for what it’s worth…
