Hello Sina, We are truly surprised by your review. It’s unfortunate that you interpreted your experience this way when from our perspective, you called and demanded a showing on the spot! We mentioned we had a few units available, and we immediately corrected the price shared on the phone once we looked up that unit's listing and that you also said you don't require an extra parking for the $75 additional. We asked you to text your email and we would send an application to rent. Our conversation happened on July 3rd (the day before a national holiday). We were not able to get your application sent off the same day, and the next day was 4th of July, a national holiday our staff was not working but we still answered your call. The application was emailed to you on 7/5/24 at 10:33 am and no bounce-back message was received. This was sooner than 1 business day turn-around. We wish you the best of luck in searching for your perfect apartment.
