I am so sorry you did not experience a completely flawless outcome, that is always my goal and I work very hard to ensure every client is treated to world-class customer service. You signed the form PRBS (Possible Representation Of More Than One Buyer Or Seller), the reason I had you sign that is to fully disclose and be transparent that myself and or my brokerage may be representing another buyer for the same property. When you asked me if I was representing other buyers, I was very honest and forthcoming with you.
