I am so sorry you did not experience a completely flawless outcome, that is always my goal and I work very hard to ensure every client is treated to world-class customer service. You signed the form PRBS (Possible Representation Of More Than One Buyer Or Seller), the reason I had you sign that is to fully disclose and be transparent that myself and or my brokerage may be representing another buyer for the same property.
