I am a 23 year resident of Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley and my carpenter husband Larry Swift and I own three properties altogether. Larry is an expert remodeler and I am also a professional photographer. I am well versed with real estate investments as we manage both of our investment properties ourselves - one of our townhomes is in Rifle and one is in Aspen.
