My background in real estate started more than 20 years ago. I worked as a legal secretary/paralegal for law firms that specialized in real estate transactions. Generally it was my responsibility to assist the attorney by working with clients from the time of contract through to closing. I coordinated with  lending institutions, title companies, appraisers and building inspectors to assure each transaction went as smooth as possible.
