I've been active in the real estate business for most of my life. My family invested in real estate when I was a kid in Brooklyn, New York. I've put my money where my mouth is ever since. I bought my first piece of property back in 1980 when interest rates were 11% and higher and I've bought, sold, managed, and remodeled real estate ever since.
