Thank you for your review. It will help me to improve my customer service. I'm actually an excellent negotiator and know the buying process very well. In this case, I work for the buyers. I negotiated an excellent price for the buyers. I've closed deals much more complex than this one. These buyers did not take my advice, (sign contracts subject to home inspection) they did inspection first and lost the house to a higher offer before contracts could be signed. I made the buyers well aware of the possibility of a higher offer. I think the buyers misunderstood the situation. The buyers are great, and a pleasure to work with. They are simply upset at the wrong person. Until contracts are signed, the seller is free to accept a higher offer.
