This person was never my client. He stated he managed a title company in another state and would represent himself. Threats and repeated name calling and eventually curse words were received - all via texts. I did not feel comfortable representing him and advised him to find someone for exclusive representation and his offer would be welcomed. Agents as well as clients sometimes need to make a decision not to work with a person that is disrespectful and makes them feel uncomfortable.
