    I found Wendy to be very misleading with information as well as unprofessional and discourteous. When I questioned her on the information she was providing that I found to be false she became very rude and told me I was wasting her time and resources...

It seems there was a misunderstanding on your part regarding my role—I am not the listing agent for the property you inquired about and do not represent the seller. The listing agent’s identity is publicly available and can easily be confirmed on platforms like Zillow or through your agent. When you reached out, I followed both my brokerage’s policy and the requirements of the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC) as well as the National Association of Realtors (NAR) guidelines regarding buyer representation. These guidelines require agents to have a signed brokerage agreement before showing homes to unrepresented buyers. This is a legal and ethical requirement designed to ensure transparency and protect all parties involved. My goal is always to conduct myself professionally and respectfully while complying with legal and ethical standards. I wish you the best in your continued home search.

    Wendy went above and beyond to negotiate the best deal. She was also able to negotiate to have the sellers pay for and fix issues found during the inspection. She made the whole process so much less stressful than any purchase we’ve been through.
