Im sorry you saw this transaction from that point of veiw, But That is not the way it went down at all... First... I did not represent you in this purchase, I was representing the seller. You had your own Selling agent on this purchase and she was the one who wrote the addendum for repairing the septic system. I negotiated the cost and it was given as a credit towards repair and taken out of the sellers proceeds to be done after closing because you did not want to wait for it to be done before closing. Again this was what was negotiated through your selling agent. I did everything according to the way the contract was negotitated. After you closed the septic company raised the price of repair and the owner unfortunatley was not obligated under contract to spend more money fixing the issue. This is something you could have brought up with your agent who wrote the addendum and it was your father who threaten to sue me even though there was no case against me which is what my attorney had to explain to you and your father. I apologise this did not go smoothly for you, But you chose that agent to represent you in the transaction and I cant control your side of the transaction if i am not the one representing you. I understand your frustration but your anger is misdirected you really should be going after your agent if you feel you were wronged. sincerely Bill Crow
