I was privileged enough to have been homeschooled by both of my parents through high-school along with my three brothers.  While growing up in the area I participated in the Douglas Co. 4-H program, in which I am now a leader.  Also, the Umpqua Valley Youth Orchestra as a student and also as a teacher.  I am currently a coach for the Yoncalla High School Equestrian team, and a private riding instructor.
