Purchased a great Freddie Mac REO property that was originally $249,900 for $219,900. From contract to closing was only 32 days. Dealing with REO home buying process can be a nightmare, but seemingly effortless when dealing with the right agent. As a former Mortgage Broker, Former Appraiser and Broker Price Opinion provider for National Banks foreclosures and portfolios, Central Florida is my hub of expertise. 41 years in the business, I still enjoy the challenge.
