It was hard to find a single family home to have upgrades and move in condition within your budget at the beginning of the home search journey. I am glad after all the open houses we've been checking and private showing on townhomes and single family , Finally the one single family house you love and meet your needs showed up and I was able to negotiate with the seller credit back toward your closing cost.The appraisal value is even higher than the purchase price. The transaction went very smoothly with all the team work and it was closed sooner. The reason I did not go get the key together with you is because I do not want to bother you at work time to get the key, rather just wait for your convenience to get off work to get the key in the lockbox since you live very close to the property.
