What I don't believe that you realize is that there is such a thing as "glitches". I have spoken to Zillow and Zillow actually confirmed that you were never "sent" to me. Technology isn't perfect. If you received a notification from Zillow, I am curious why you didn't reach out to me personally? Did you think that there may be a possibility that there could have been an issue on Zillow's end? The fact that we never spoke should have been an indicator that there may have been a communication issue, and not on the part of you or me. I am not active on the Zillow Premier Agent Platform anymore, mainly because of their systems, but I did see this and wanted to respond. I think making a snap judgment and writing something derogatory and without knowing everything is really unfair. I am sorry you had this experience, but I assure you that it was not as a result of me ignoring a request. I simply didn't receive a request, and Zillow was notified after I saw your review.

I never received an inquiry from you. I have never spoken to you or received any information regarding any property you were interested in. If you requested a tour of a home, it would have needed to be confirmed with the listing agent by the buyer's agent (me), and at that point we would have been in communication. I am confused as to why you would have gone to a property without confirmation of an appointment or without speaking to a realtor prior to going and waiting for an hour. I am very responsive and would still be happy to help you with any property you wish to see.
