Do not work with Bruce. He is pushy and does not understand the business as well as he thinks. I would highly recommend getting a second opinion before putting your faith in Bruce. Definitely do not sign any agreements with him before you speak to...

This is a fraudulent and retaliatory review in response to my filing a formal complaint against him. He is a mortgage broker that lives in PA. I had contacted him regarding a refi of a personal investment home. According to my online review of his license and his disclosure at www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org to me prior to applying (and current at the time of this email) he lives in Philadelphia, PA but licensed to do business in FL. His name is shown as Daniel Stephan Savage NMLS # 1393730 and ORCA Home Loans #1904915 with a published address of 100 Jupiter St. 3rd Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19107 for his office. Windermere is not even a true representation of where he is supposedly from.

Five years ago we had to go through a very difficult real estate issue that required an expert in the field, and Bruce was recommended to us. The whole process, from listing to closing, took about 9 months, and it might never have even happened if it...

Mr. Elliott showed my husband and I a property. He was 10mins late for the first showing which we was not a problem...happens to everyone. But, he then was going to be 10 minutes late for the second showing. When we told him to just cancel the sho...

Response from Bruce Elliott on 7/29/2014

Buyer asked me to change my schedule to accommodate their time to see the home, of which I did. I also shared with Buyer I had another showing on the same home 30 minutes after their scheduled time. Buyer remained at home for over 30 minutes after their showing knowing the other party was waiting at the guard gate for me to meet them to get in. Buyer also knew Seller was expecting a contract from another Buyer. On the very next day, I called Buyer 10 minutes PRIOR to scheduled time that I may be running late. Buyer never showed at guard gate to get in, I was only 5 minutes late and never called to say they were not coming. Home was a short sale, subject to lender approval and I was only a transaction broker between buyer and seller. I don't know why Buyer thought I was upset with them (never was) when I already had another Buyer. I never sent any nasty emails that Buyer is speaking of. In my humble opinion, I believe Buyer is upset because Seller accepted another offer.
