There are many reasons why we move.   Major life events, minor ones.  Sometimes we move by choice, sometimes not. 

Maybe you need more space as there are new additions to the family, maybe the birth of a new child or your mother-in-law is moving in?  Or perhaps you are downsizing, the kids are all grown up, they have spread their wings and are now out on their own and BONUS, your mother in law is moving out and moving to...
