Unfortunately tenants sometimes wants to take advantage of good Landlords, damage the apartments, infested with bedbugs, roaches, leave it for the landlord to clean and they want to get away with all, tenants and landlord have rules to follow and regardless of that for me RESPECT is the rule number 1.
