I helped this family sell a home and then purchase another. Until this leak in the roof appeared, after a "50 year rain event", they considered me the best agent they had ever had. After they purchased the home several small rains came and went without issue but we then had a significant storm and the roof leaked over a workshop that was converted to an office, and water came in around a window in a bedroom. The condition of the roof was well documented at the time of purchase, previous leaks were disclosed by the previous owners and noted by the home inspector. It's a shame this happened, all efforts on my part to resolve this issue have been refused. It's a very unfortunate situation and reviews like this only tell one side of the story. An extensive review of the transaction has been done and no fault was found on the part of Realtors involved.
