When I list a home, I sit down with sellers and explain how I and my office communication system works. I have a hired contact person unlike most agents that will handle any call while I am out office actively pursuing buyers and while on an appointments or inspections etc. This line of communication eliminates the frustration of waiting for a response. Most agents per the National Association of Realtors have a life span in the business of approximately 18 months while I have been in the business over 31 years with thousands of sales and happy clients and my proven system of communication works. My communication line is always open with all sellers and they have my cell number to contact me also if they want to talk to me direct. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your concerns.

Hello Rebecca, I am so sorry to hear of your experience. This not at all how we conduct business as exceeding our clients expectations is what we pride ourselves on.
