I work within the Blaine Team as a technical specialist for inspections and documentation.  I have a background in commercial nuclear construction and Dept of Energy nuclear sites.  I generally work with my wife (the Team Lead) when showing property so couples have 2 people to talk to and bounce ideas off.  We provide 'both sides of the brain' since Marianne is a very 'people' person and I tend to be more fact-oriented.
