Real Estate is more of a passion than a job. I'm a Boston transplant to the Washington, DC area for more than 20 years now with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administraction and a Juris Doctorate.
My personal experience is in real estate development, condo conversions, total and partial rehab projects, mult-iunit and single family investment properties.
