Welcome to Renter Hub. Set up a free profile to create a one-stop solution for your shopping experience. You can shop for rentals, save your favorites, and apply to them directly. Plus, you can communicate with the landlord and complete the lease, all housed within your profile.
After moving, you can revisit your Renter Hub to send your monthly rent payments or even report the payments to all three credit bureaus to boost your credit score.
Renter Hub Inbox
Simply sign in to access your message inbox. Any questions you ask a property manager will save in your inbox for quick follow-up. Use this space to keep track of the properties you're interested in and the information the property owners or managers have provided for you.
Renter Hub Applications
Once you find an ideal rental, apply online through Zillow. Simply fill out your application within your Renter Hub profile, and for only $35 you can reuse the same application to apply to as many apartments as you'd like within the next 30 days. Learn more about Zillow's online applications. Or if you already have a profile, just sign in to view the status of your rental application.
If you're actively renting, ask your landlord to use Zillow payments. Online payments allow you to send your monthly payments to your landlord securely via direct bank transfer, at no cost to you. Monitor the completion of your payments within your Renter Hub. Learn more about online rent payments.
