Amazon plans to employ up to 50,000 people in a second headquarters location, which it said will be located in one of the following metro areas or Toronto. Because they share metro areas, we combined Amazon contenders New York City and Newark, as well as Washington, D.C., northern Virginia and Montgomery County, Md.
