Edward Berchick

Edward is a Principal Population Scientist at Zillow. A demographer and survey methodologist by training, he blends demographic research and applied statistics to better understand housing consumers. He designs and builds surveys, metrics, and statistical models, specializing in ensuring that data are representative and trustworthy. Before joining Zillow, he worked at the U.S. Census Bureau. Edward holds a PhD from Princeton and an MPH from Yale.
