Dan Barnett joined NRT, LLC as Senior Vice President of Marketing in January of 2008. Greg is the senior director of marketing for Greystar. He oversees national marketing efforts, which include all facets of property marketing, as well as managing the company’s brand. She is responsible for supporting and overseeing marketing, training and revenue management programs nationwide for the conventional division. She is a regular guest speaker, facilitator and moderator at numerous multifamily industry conferences including Apartment Internet Marketing conference, the Crittenden Multifamily Conference, the Urban Land Institute and MultifamilyPro’s Brainstorming Sessions.
Kevin is the senior vice president of marketing for Bell Partners. Kevin joined Bell Partners in 2012, after working 12 years at AvalonBay Communities. He brings nearly 20 years of diversified marketing expertise in the multifamily and consumer packaged-goods industries. Kevin is responsible for conceptualizing and executing both corporate and property-level marketing strategies, including media planning, public relations and corporate communications, interactive marketing programs and other brand guardianship initiatives. Kevin is also a regular speaker at many industry conferences and has been published in several multifamily publications.
